Finetech industry limited will supply the chemical or service required by the buyer subject to the terms and conditions below.
Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are in U.S. Dollars under CIF terms, Quotations are generally include shipping cost and valid for 1 month. Buyer will be responsible for payment of all bank fees, taxes, duties, excise, custom, inspection and testing fees and any other charge imposed by government authority.
Shipping
Small quantity orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL door-to-door delivery service, Bulk quantity orders are by Air or by Sea as customer's request.
Hazardous Chemicals
Many chemicals are hazardous. All of products should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards of the chemicals. Buyer is also responsible for the safe disposal of all such compounds in accordance with current legislation.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Seller be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages of any kind incurred by the buyer or any third party, resulting from any use or misuse or failure of the products, even if the seller or any other person has been advised of the possibility of such damage, including, without limitation, liability for loss of use, loss of work, loss of work in progress, loss or revenue or profit, any liability of buyer to a third party, or any other damage or loss occasioned by such product including personal injury or property damage, unless such personal injury or property damage is caused by seller's gross negligence. In no event shall Seller's liability for damages hereunder exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the product giving rise to the liability.
Warranty and Returns
Seller warrants materials to be of the stated quality at the time of sale. This warranty is exclusive, and seller makes no other warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. The Buyer must inspect goods immediately on receipt and inform the Seller of any shortage or damage within ten days. Quality problems must be notified within one month of receipt. Return shipment will not be accepted without permission.
